Jennifer Lawrence

Not only is she an extraordinarily good actress, but she has great screen presence. She lets us quietly forget we are in a movie theatre and escape into whatever whatever she's doing, which is cool. She's also hilarious when you watch her on the press junket as she clearly is either too relaxed or very nervous, either quality being endearing.

She also loves Bill Murray...emailing him when she's drunk though she never met him...which pretty much cinches it for me!
