If ever there were a cool concept from mythology it is the mermaid. It
ranks right up there with the dragon, the sphinx, and the manticore.
These creatures are just cool. The beauty of a woman and the freedom
granted to aquatic creatures.

That third one is from Australia's H2O Just Add Water. It's aimed at teens, but my wife just blew through the entire series on Hulu.
