Although "It's humanity's darkest hour-- No, wait, our leaders just turned evil. Now it's humanity's darkest hour." is a trope that doesn't really work for me anymore.
I prefer Chaos to be infesting the World's Edge Mountains and infiltrating a few hearts and minds in the Old World rather than besieging its greatest cities. But I am far more willing to go grand epic war in a computer game than at the table, so it might still be fun
