Men of Steel or Steal or Something

Action comics celebrated its birthday and Judge Otis Wright ruled that the heirs of Superman's creator do not own the heir of superman himself, Superboy. Rather Superboy was awarded to DC comics (with some other various and sundries, ads and the like) in a settlement agreement from 2001.
