This years conference includes planetary defense, Impact Affects, Warning Systems and a live demonstration. Monday has a lecture on the NEOSHIELD, Near Earth Object Shield, exploring the UN's readiness and how it can be improved as well as a lecture on the YORP Effect (this rotational spin of asteroids as determined by the amount of sunlight striking the celestial body).
