Ballooning Saucers from Nasa

In a drive to get equipment landed on Mars Nasa has been experimenting with some new equipment. Here we have their baloon/saucer test . . . which I really think is just the government taunting people about Roswell . . . and this is the full 1 and a half of video coverage of the device.
