Venice Floods
Venice has to the be the most interesting and challenging place on earth to live. This lady speaks of having to buy water proof furniture and give her floor and angle so that the water leaves her home when it recedes. I always assumed that people in that ancient berg lived above the water line, several dozen feet above it, not wandering around in it. Be a pain in the rump to put your morning slippers on.
