RPGNow and Drivethru download issues

Over the weekend, we were informed by some of our customers who purchased products on and that they were having trouble, missing pages, download errors, etc.  After speaking to them this morning, they told me that because of the large volume of traffic they have been experiencing due to their New Zealand relief bundle, some of the PDF downloads have had some issues.  They assured me they were working on this problem and that anything you have purchased from them, stays in your library for all time and that you should try and log out, clear your cookies, and then try again (which some of our customers have done and this seems to have worked) or if this does not work, you might wait a day or two and try again.  If you continue to have trouble, please contact them and/or let us know and we will try and help rectify the issue.  Thanks, Tim

Any chance of selling the PDFs directly through your own site without the watermarks?

It's something we have discussed, and would like to do once we have enough bandwidth and storage for it. Also some commercial issues, but it is an active topic of discussion here at TLG.
