The New Penguin

Penguin has always been a poorly represented villain, but one with huge potential. I love the concept behind him, but movies such as Batman 2 make him out to be some strange combination of bird and man . . . which just doesn't work on any account.

But the stills from the new Gotham TV show seem very promising!
