Space Moss

Apparently we've discovered a huge patch of space moss. Its thousands of light years wide and growing not far from a quasar or at least where a quasar once was...or several quasars (now I'm just enjoying mentally repeating the word quasar, it has a nice, wholesome sound to it).

The moss doesn't seem to have a clear water source, but surely since its moss there is water behind it or beneath it.

Some are speculating that it isn't actually moss, but rather a collection of gases that the failing light of the quasar is passing through, giving the gases an emerald hue.

Not sure I'm buying that.

Moss and rolling stones and all that.
