Robert Gould ~ Artist

King Skalmad brought up Robert Gould in the comments section yesterday on the Michael Whelan post. Gould did some fantastic covers for Elric books, these were after the Whelan covers I believe, in the early or mid 80s. 

They have a very Gustav Klimt feel to them.

These were the covers on the first Elric novels I read. This is how I see Elric. Beautiful pieces.
