Shannara to the Small Screen?

So every now and again we get rumors of small screen big screen adaptations of various properties we all dig (one way or the other). I just heard through the vine that Shannara is in talks again. Terry Brooks has endorsed this possibility which is huge and Sonar Entertainment is looking at the property.

If they achieve the production quality of Game of Thrones this will be very promising. If they go Conan the Adventurer, not so much.
