Let me Weigh IN

I rarely comment on television shows, critics or evenly publicly comment on whether a movie is good or bad. Its hard to make things from nothing, and one person's 'bleh' is another person's 'hell yeah.' But I can't help but notice that Game of Thrones netted 17 emmys and Walking Dead none .  . . well two smaller ones. Now I've watched both shows, and though Game of Thrones is bad ass and filled with great moments, the presentation of the show is nothing beyond normal. The acting is good, production good, all very good. The story is the real compelling part of Game of Thrones. Martin's has woven a story of epic proportions.

However, in Walking Dead, the actings is through the roof. These people, all of them, bite into their roles and make me believe its happening. In particular, Rick, the sheriff and leader of the ban. Its some crazy intense stuff.

17 to not? That's just sad Academy. Just sad.
