Might not be "photoshopped" but it is more like trick photography! Red-winged Blackbirds are pretty bold in escorting predators out of their area. Even just this morning I witnessed the same event captured here: 3 Red-wings were playing tag with a Red-Tailed hawk, just like the photo. Except, they kept just hitting the hawk on the back, never landing per se. If you take pictures at the right moment, it looks like they're standing on the hawk, when in fact, the contact was extremely brief... hence "trick" photography! :0)
