The Evil Dead
They are remaking the Evil Dead, the cult classic film about a book that unleashes evil spirits, starring Bruce Campbell. This movie started the franchise of Evil Dead movies which are pretty fun. The original of course, was a bit more serious, just in need of a slightly larger budget than it had in 1981.

I'm still watching it! Even if it will be on Netflix and not the theater!
Groovy.
I'm torn if i'm going to watch it. I'm not a huge fan of the horror genre as so much of it is shock factor with buckets of blood brought on by machetes and the like.
The original Evil Dead is one of the greatest, scariest, Lovecraftian horror flicks ever made. And with a bigger budget and Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell both involved with this remake (the latter directing) it's gotta be aces. I can't wait.
