Meanwhile in Space

The Orion Nebula continues to deliver some of the most beautiful scenes in our sight. If you look closely you'll see the star Orionis in the midst of this stellar gas; take note of the bow shock caused by the star's own powerful wind. You can see it just above the center of the photo.
