Word of the Day -- Tiramisu

Today is all about dessert.  Specifically one of my wife's favorites...

Tiramisu -- is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa.

 I like tiramisu.  Not my favorite, but it's quite good.  One day soon I'll be putting up a recipe for my favorite dessert, chocolate malted creme brulee.  MMMM!  But until then, enjoy this bit of food porn...
