It doesn't seem likely. Notice the palm trees in the background. Also, the watermark on the picture suggests that this was done by a professional cosplayer (if you can call cosplaying professional).
Nah, this wasn't at Gencon. I took alot but they are all fuzzy. Tim is trying to upload some, somewhere.
