Escape from New York

The remake is underway according the fine folks over at Aintitcool. And this time, its got some legs. John Carpenter is involved as executive producer. That's a good thing I suppose. The original was a great movie, not sure it needs a remake, but with the right cast and crew it might turn out as bad @&! as the King Kong remake.
