Google has announced it will spend over a billion on a fleet of satellites to "spread the internet to all regions of the globe." Because, you know, its important to people in Sierra Leon where whole swaths of the country don't have electricity to have internet access. Google needs to be upfront with all of us and just tell us that they are putting these birds in the air in order to gather more actionable intelligence on everyone.
