Sun Chariots

In sheets of fire Helios-Apollo rises from his repose, gathering the reigns of his chariot to pull the sun forward upon another days journey. The sea of flame from which he rises buckles and churns and pulls him into its warmth. But the cold dark must be illuminated . . . and in wild abandon he drives his steeds into the darkling skies, pulling all with him.
