Interesting Tavern

I'm not sure where this is, but its a rather interesting picture. A tavern, turn of the century; the uniforms on the right seem to be French, Belgian or even Austrian methinks. But the statues on the ceiling are pretty cool, the guy in the front on the right looks a little as if he's trying to figure out which suit case to pack the body in . . . .
