This is a Crazy World

When a man beats his girlfriend with her own dog. Apparently the two got in a fight and as she was driving away he grabber her pooch and started hitting her with it. Later he jumped on a bike and road away with the dog under arm. I wonder if he was hoping for a twister to take him to Oz. The dog and girl are fine and he's in the slammer.
