This unusual weapon is basically a heavy metal ball attached to a chain. It is used by swinging the ball around to create speed and then releasing the ball to strike an opponent. The users’ body often acts as the fulcrum for the attack. It takes considerable training to use this weapon effectively. It is very easily concealed. It weighs around 2lbs and the chain reaches up to 8 feet in length. Rope versions can have a length of up to 20 feet with no appreciable weight change.
