The Deficit

Is it just me or is there a deficit of good action movies? I poke around almost every day (mostly for the Movie Trailer shot for the blog) and it just seems these last few months have seen little in the way of gripping action movies. Lots of tv spots but not much else.

I know the Summer blockbusters are the real thing, the time to send out the big guns like Mad Max and Jurassic World but surely there should be something for the cold wintery days.

And while rambling about this I'm a little tuckered out on the super-hero movies. The last Avengers was great, but it wasn't anything new, it was kind of the same thing as the first two. While Ant Man was hilarious, the upcoming Bat Man is cool and Superman not movie promises to be another of the same.

But I'm not even talking about that, the exploding explosion movies. But something with some hard hitting bad assert.....
