CUFOS is another organization dedicated to tracking down, investigating and determining what individual UFOs might be. Its the Center for UFO Studios and their home page is here. While pretty basic the website does offer up some interesting tidbits

Here you can scoop up an analysis of Project Blue Book. As you may or may not recall Project Blue Book was the government's answer in the 1950s to track, catalog and investigate the many UFO sightings. It has thousands of cases logged, most explained by the investigators. But some defied explanation. This report over of CUFOS discusses those that could not be explained.
