The Warp Drive Concept Ship

Nasa has, for some years now, been working on traveling faster than the speed of light. We are no where closer to it than we were back in the good old days, but the concept is fresh on the table and the idea of bending light to pull or push ourselves forward is there. I have no doubt we'll do it someday, maybe sooner than we think.

But that hasn't stopped NASA from creating concept designs for a warp drive ship. They are pretty cool by any standards.





Also, I'm relatively certain when we do begin to push out into outer space, beyond our solar system, that we have to name the ship the Enterprise. Now if we can just force the Captain to change his name to Kirk . . .
