Dr. Strange to the Big Screen

In 2015 it would seem, we'll see Dr. Strange on the big screen. From ICV2:

Scott Derrickson has already been named as director(see "'Doctor Strange' Director Set"), and Marvel Studios is in negotiations with screenwriter Jon Spaihts for a script redraft (see "'Prometheus' Scribe to Adapt 'Doctor Strange'").

I'm all confused now. I thought there was a tv show. Maybe there's both. I'll have to do some poking around now.
