When you said colorless fire, I thought of the Rain of Colorless Fire and the Invoked Devastation from Greyhawk!
You know when i was looking at that picture, I thought of gods bringing fire...and then I thought of the Greyhawk reference to the Rain of Colorless Fire. Back in the olden times I used to think that made some reference to the world before the fantastic, maybe nuclear missiles or such...those were the colorless fire. But actually, lightening fits the bill much better.
