Market research

I did some market research the other day. I asked myself a few questions. I realized our market tends to like to wear hats, particularly hats made of fine alpaca wool. I also realized that our backs hurt sometimes because every couch in the house sucks!

I wonder if much has changed since wotc undertook that famous study in 1999 - or thereabouts. I found a reference to it on a search on enworld.
