If you have something in abundance, you have "copious" amounts of it. The official definition is "yielding something abundantyly" or "plentiful in number". It's just a nice sounding word, and is usually used in the positive sense of the words, copious amounts of food, for example. Indeed, it's root, -copia means abundance and is where we get the word cornucopia from, which we all relate to around Thanksgiving in the US. It's a good word, and it's the word of the day, so get out there and use it!
