Triton dwells in the shadow of Neptune. Pulled from the Darkling Skies ages past he fell into the greater orbs pull and has been bound to him since. However, he does not the path given to him, but rather walks against it, circling the massive giant opposite its own line of march, pulling at the bonds of his servitude.
Crusted in ice and water and armored in nitrogen Triton's body shows signs of his constant struggle; his face is strained and corded veins of iron like rock push up ever against the binding.
Thus is the moon Triton, Neptune slave.
