Cue the Vikings!

Sliasthorp discovered! That ancient town of the Vikings that, according to documents from the Carolingian times, served as the seat of power of one of the southern Scandanavian Kingdoms and the Viking Kings. Sliasthorp probably controlled a great deal of the trade moving from east to the west as this went through the town of Hedeby.
