The Mariner's Ship

He built his tower upon a high cliff and fortified it with walls and bastions. There it stood,white stone set atop sun-bleached cliffs. A tower of some noble lord. But it was never so, for the wizard who dwelt there carved dungeons from the rock and peopled them with his wild experiments and machinations...

Tabled Ruins

The land is dry, hard. Beyond the tree it is broken by gulches and small cliffs before it begins to climb into the ruins of a table of a mountain that rises from the rocks in disjointed slate-red cliffs. Atop the table lies the ruins of the old keep.

The House of Lamentation

They built their house upon a high ledge that looked over the valley. They fortified it and set a bell tower there as well. On holy days they rang the bell, a lonely sound, that rolled across the valley. They called to their dark god in song and poem, and these were the Lamentations of Ornduhl, the Red God. ~ The World of Aihrde

The Goblin's Hold

The jumbled steps are sunken and grass covered. The walls are little more than piles of rock, but the door to the goblin's hold remains in the wall of stone. It is freshly made, though closed. The area seems undisturbed...

Old Trolls

Trolls are evil creatures and their life's deeds weigh upon them. After long lives they grow tired and old and they cannot carry the weight of their evil. Eventually they stop wandering and stand beneath the burden. Unmoving, they become rooted to the ground. Dry. Gnarled. With little mind left they stand in the wind and weather for all the rest of their years. ~ The World of Aihrde

Knights of Haven

The Knights of Haven settled upon the shores of the Inner Sea, protecting the pilgrims on their journies north. They built castles, simple and unadorned, to house the knights and their soldiery. ~ The World of Aihrde 

The Rimfelt

The branch of the Arc of Time flowed through the Void to his realm, and Ornduhl named it the Rimfelt. He set sorcery upon the Arc itself, so that many who were weak and evil became lost and fearful and drifted from the Arc and their path to the Endless Pools, and instead followed his path, the Rimfelt. He gathered the dead who drifted toward him and bound them to him as slaves to serve him in the Five Realms. ~ The World of Aihrde
