Old Trolls

Trolls are evil creatures and their life's deeds weigh upon them. After long lives they grow tired and old and they cannot carry the weight of their evil. Eventually they stop wandering and stand beneath the burden. Unmoving, they become rooted to the ground. Dry. Gnarled. With little mind left they stand in the wind and weather for all the rest of their years. ~ The World of Aihrde
