It looks like Preacher is going to make it to the small screen, courtesy AMC. This will be interesting as Preacher is as much as an anti-hero as he is a hero. This has been on and off again for some time, but seems to be getting real traction. With the insane success of the Walking Dead, AMC is willing to get a leap of faith (get it, get it, leap of faith, preacher, get it?) with this new subject.
It will be interesting, they managed to make a watchable character out of Breaking Bad, so they have a good shot. Its all in the writing, er and acting, and the directing. Making a tv show is tough, lots of things to consider. For instance . . .
Er, I don't want to get to preachy.(Get it? Preachy, Preacher?)
