Winter Runes

I'm editing the Winter Runes, bringing it over to the Castles & Crusades system. Its been so long since I messed with 3.0 d20 D&D that I can't remember what half this stuff means. Which is okay, as I can start from scratch...which really isn't editing I suppose.. . .
