The bow and rate of fire (vid heavy)

Ever since I started gaming, there has been arguments about the rate of fire for a bow. One a round, two a round, three a round, how long is a round, why one every other round etc etc etc.Two has been the traditional standby, C&C has moved to one, others have up the ante.

Ok, so most of us have seen this vid:

Not many have seen this vid:

In any respect, what we have here is some fast shooting, new methods of shooting, and some ground breaking archery.

Mind you, draw strength, range, accuracy, arrow type, bow type etc are all play here but it seems rate of fire can go up per rounds. Humans can run 4-8 meters a second or about 18-20 feet per second. In a 6 second round that is close to 100 feet. Maybe that is the limitation on the bow as one can not fire it while another person is hacking you to death.

How will this relate to game terms? Well we are in the opening salvo of the Adventurers backpack and these techniques are going to be used for the archer class.
