My character died in less than 20 seconds of gaming. A lich turned my rogue into a frog and stepped on him. hahaha. That was last night. I was at the table for about 20 seconds.
That happens a lot. I showed up to one of mac's games a little late. A fight was underway. So, as I sit down and listen tonwhats happening, I tell mac my character runs and leaps on the balcony edge to engage the foe. I rolled a 1 on a dex xheck and fellmoff the balcony. One hundr feet. Dead. Mac felt bad so let me roll again to see if i grabbed the ledge on the way down. Another 1. Awesome.
In Todd,s game my seventh level ranger had gone to sleep in the grass previously. The game begins with hime waking to some giant grass/snake cwreature attacking me. I failed a paralysis save followed by a poison check which was a fail and... died.
A long time ago, Steve and I we playing. There was about twenty minutes of background talk and describing the current events and setting up the stage for the advetnure. It began with a fight. I rolled a 1 and steve rolled a nat 20. My fighter was killed by a lone ragamuffn kobold.
