Weapons and Weapons and Weapons

And thusly Peter and I begin. And Peter is getting writing credit on this as well. He has a vast swath of insane knowledge on rare weapons. In addition, Peter is in England and can wander around to various armories and see some of the more exotic weapons. And finally, he lives where Robin Hood used to live. True that.

Urchuk

This sword has a very broad blade three or four inches in width and is roughly thirty-five inches long. The tip of the blade is squared and has a hook on it with the interior side only slightly sharpened. The grip of the urchuk is made to fit an orc’s hand and is three or more inches wide. The latter makes it very difficult for those of not similar hand morphology to use. The urchuk is used in a chopping method when used alone. However, when used with a kark (see below) or other thrusting or puncturing weapons, the urchuk is used in the off-hand. In this case, the hook is used to grab an opponent behind the neck and pull their foes in close to be finished off with the weapon in their primary hand.

Type: Sword

Weight: 3.5 pounds

Length: 35 inches

Damage: Simple 1d6

Normal: 1d6+1

Special: Hook attack

Strength to Wield: 12
