New A Series Content (Kickstarter related)

With the 5th Edition version of the Undying War headed toKickstarter, it begs the question, how are we going to get that extra material - from adventure material, to connnective story lines, to background, Coburg, setting material, the new art and maps - to C&C Players. Many of whom have the boxed sets.

First, we are very satisfied with the box sets, their presentation and their ability to keep volumes of notes for each series of modules is unbeatable. C&C is a game that encourages play beyond the lines, and the A series adventures is the epitome of that. Rolling it all into one giant, or several giant hardcover books doesn't quite fit the C&C game approach. So we are keeping the box sets. There will be more than 8 (see below) by the time we are done. Three are out, we are working on the 4th now.

But what of the new content?

After it is made available, we will port it over to the already boxed sets. We'll redo the books in full color format, though still perfect bound, including new maps, art and content. These books will go perfectly in the box set you already have.

In the meantime, we are going to offer a starter level on the 5E kickstarter that offers a book of maps. These maps will be the ones appearing in The Undying War, but perfectly compatible with your existing C&C content.

This should allow us to bring all this crazy cool material to fans of both games in the styles they love to play!
