I'm going to do it. I am going to do it and hand it to Stephen. He can decide what to do with it.
The goals are:
1: Siege engine combat
2: Armor as CL
3: Armor with deflection
4: Armor with damage reduction
5: Weapons that add a CL
6: Make it as complex as humanly possible.
7: Maybe shelf this idea.
8: Find something else to work on.
9: Take a nap.
10. Wonder what in the heck was I thinking.
