The House of Lamentation
They built their house upon a high ledge that looked over the valley. They fortified it and set a bell tower there as well. On holy days they rang the bell, a lonely sound, that rolled across the valley. They called to their dark god in song and poem, and these were the Lamentations of Ornduhl, the Red God. ~ The World of Aihrde
