Art Deco Through The Ages

We've discovered we aren't nearly as special as we think we are . . . again. Archeologists have discovered decorative ceramic pottery from as late as 17000 years or 30,000 years or a few millennium ago. This trumps the commonly held theory that we have discovered everything early man ever did during the first 3 million years of our roaming the planet; apparently our ancestors weren't just stupid brutes with pointed sticks up until Palamedes discovered knucklebones.

This article is a bit confusing but does highlight some interesting things, such as some caveman dude's fingerprint.
