So I've often heard that crows are very intelligent animals. Able to spot a rifle when its being brought out of the house, knowing it as dangerous, they warn their murder and flee. I've also read (somewhere, now it escapes me) that certain birds, crows among them, can pass memories down through generations. This last sounds a bit like an Edgar Allen Poe story meets Stephen King, but I did stumble on this interesting bit of science.

Apparently, crows use tools  . . .

Murders of Tools!
