Seems that this Viking raid did not go so well. A couple years back English Archeologists unearthed 51 decapitated bodies, all Vikings. An analysis of the bones shows that the men ranged from Nordic countries, one from as far away as the Arctic Circle. That leads more credence to my theory that the Viking raids were just some really dangerous live action role playing!
