Comics have continued their slide, ending out 1Q down about 5% from the previous year. Sale slowed due to weather (which was horrific in the north and north east, hell in the south for that reason as we don't have the equipment to deal with snow and ice), but other factors played into the decline as well. Batman, Superman and Xman held the top spots but there were no new big releases in 1Q by either of the two big boys, DC and Marvel.
Graphic Novels jumped around a bit, slowing some but doing better overall. The Walking Dead dominated, but others such as Attack on Titan continued to gain ground.
