Wonders of Bread
Taking common bakers yeast and genetically engineering it has allowed scientists to create a drug, artemisinin, to treat malaria. Currently artemisinin is extracted from wormwood plants, the leaves dried and cured and the chemical extracted . . . much like athelas which Aragorn went to great pains to find while in the wild and after Frodo had been stabbed by the Morgul blade.

Aragorn could have opened a pharmaceutical company, made TON of money, and paid Sauron to move to a new neighborhood.
