A liquid diet is still food, unless you're only talking about drinking water. In which case after a short period of time you'll burn all your fat and get down a level of protein that will then cause imminent shutdown of your body and that's game over. Everybody eats, everybody poops - the two Laws of Food.

Not true. You could go with a liquid diet or IV feeding. They each have their issues, but you can survive on them.
